envjs: 1.2.x
1.2.x was a substanial refactor of organization though not a major refactor of implementation. We are taking the opportunity to punt 1.1.rcX so we can take advantage of the reduce feature/bug inertia.
The goal is to feature align to 1.1.rcX and close as many
current tickets as possible.
