Implement the self object

self is a common top-level DOM object which is a reference to the default view. It is also part of HTML5 web worker's as the global object of a worker thread so some JS libraries references self instead of window as to also support being used in web workers, which then won't work in env.js.

    There should be a setting you can check to by default be assigned to all new tickets. On the Processing.js lighthouse tracker, a few people are always checked by default.
