integrate html parser

I've already dom some work to get html2dom working and I'm
thrilled at the possibilities this tool has for making use of
legacy html.
This needs to be integrated so that mimetypes can allow us to make use of the xml and html parsers when appropriate.

pushing this to 1.1. really want a single parser that can handle relaxed html parsing etc so logic doesnt need to be duplicated.
