Having a separate .js file for each test JVM launched by
build.xml was
getting out of control. Replaced all of them with new
test/test.js
which reads command-line parameters from the ant task and invokes
the
correct JavaScript test file with the correct configuration
variables.
Renamed a couple of files for improved symmetry.
