Fixed bug in , caused by recent change to how .value is
stored,
that prevented the onchange event from being fired. Made matching
change
in so that both are agnostic to future changes in the mechanism
for storing .value. (Really should have written a new unit test
module verifying the correct handling of all form element's
values,
defaults, and change-event handling, but no time right now....)
