First step to having an env.js-specific set of Rhino extensions. We now have a new (although still empty) main/shell Java class based on Rhino's default shell that will be used for executing env.js. This is located in a separate jar so that we can continue to operate with unmodified Rhino release jars. http://github.com/thatcher/env-j...
