README needs editing/revision

Testing:
* Checkout qunit: "git submodule update --init" * run "ant
test"
I don't think you need to checkout quint separately anymore. It seems bundled.
ant test doesn't appear to exist anymore

ok i integrated the README.refactor into the README but there is lots of old
notes in there that need to be updated still. lets keep this open as a
running ticket until 1.2.0 final is ready to tag. -
