CanvasRenderingContext2D stub misses getImageData() and others

I'm running processing.js sketches against env.js and get this:

TypeError: Cannot find function getImageData in object [object CanvasRenderingContext2D].

Looking at:
http://dev.w3.org/html5/canvas-api/canvas-2d-api.html#the-2d-drawin...

i found these are missing too:

arcTo
isPointInPath
fillText
measureText
strokeText
createImageData
putImageData
