htmlparser can use too much recursion if "useTimeouts" is false

where "useTimeouts" is false

uses recursion (calling pump) for what appears to be no reason. This should be converted to iterative. I bumped into the case where recursion got so deep, the interp bailed. oops.

    hmm, I thought this would be hard. not so. Commited... but this code isn't hooked into envjs yet.
