Element#getAttribute() should return empty string when attribute doesn't exist

#171

I just realized in Firefox if you try to retrieve an attribute on an element that doesn't exist, you get back an empty string, instead of null as envjs does. I looked up Element#getAttribute() on the MDC and while it looks like different browsers may have different behavior, the proper behavior as defined in the DOM spec is to return an empty string. Would there be a problem in changing envjs to do this?
