Documentation/Guide: Inconsistent paths to env.rhino.js

The examples on http://www.envjs.com/doc/guides contain different paths to the file env.rhino.js. Trying to follow the tutorials is a bit confusing.

"Running -> console" js> load('lib/env.rhino.js')
"Walking -> load" js> load('env.rhino.js');
"Crawling-> ajax" js> load('dist/env.rhino.js');
"Crawling-> testing" js> load('lib/env.rhino.js');
