I believe this is fixed in trunk. Check out the test/specs/xhr/spec.js which can be run in both envjs via

ant xhr-spec

or loaded as html in ff to verify.

this is done, also Envjs.onScriptLoadError will provide the script and the exception in that order as parameters.

basically allow for

window.location = 'data:'+base64data

and

window.location = ...

ok I updated the refactor to allow the 1.1 methods of simultaneously setting policy for Envjs and setting the window.location.
