Documenting obsoleted event interface names
Reported by Diego Perini | March 27th, 2010 @ 04:16 AM
Another improvement would be to use "Event" or at least "Events" through all the code examples and docs, this will help people forget about the non standard "HTMLEvents". Devs should also forget about "KeyEvents" but that requires Firefox to catch-up with "KeyboardEvent" and will be needed for a while to maintain backward compatibility with older code.
I am not saying to remove "HTMLEvents" string for creating the events, just saying not show it in examples and documentation and use "Event" instead as for newer specifications. Just an educational effort !

Hi Chris, I'm giving this to you since I don't know where our docs or code examples even are!

Thanks actually the Envjs site is under construction now to enable a wiki editing interface to make this a simpler process for the community. I hope to have the new site up April 4th. I'll be able to add developers as they volunteer to the admin list. Enabling more community involvement is my highest priority at this point.
