env.rhino.1.2.js is not included in the "Everything-bundle"

As described in the title and in the google group discussion
(http://groups.google.com/group/envjs/browse_thread/thread/e23ec14fd...)
the env.rhino.1.2.js file is not included in the
"Everything-bundle" (http://github.com/thatcher/env-js/zipball/1.2.13)
that can be downloaded from http://www.envjs.com/release/envjs-1.2.
This is especially confusing for newbies who expect to download
everything that is needed to run env.js.
