DOMNodeList.item(i)

DOMNodeList needs an item() function.
Example: document.getElementsByTagName("head").item(0).appendChild(...)
Fix: In DOMNodeList.prototype, add:
item: function(i){ return this[i]; },

this has been added in the branch at http://github.com/thatcher/env-js some time ago. We are working toward being able to integrate with johns repo when a few performance issues are addressed.
