3 Execute scripts appended to DOM by code was created in envjs

In addition to executing scripts on document load, we need to execute scripts that are dynamically generated in the document.

I added the following in appendChi...

2 setTimeout and setInterval string support was created in envjs

window.setTimeout and window.setInterval need to support strings as well as functions.

The following patch line can be put as the first line of both functions.

DOMNodeList needs an item() function.

Example: document.getElementsByTagName("head").item(0).appendChild(...)

Fix: In DOMNodeList.prototype, add:
