env.js contains rhino specific code on last line

The last line references e.rhinoException, which obviously does not exist in spidermonkey, etc. Perhaps this should be a part of the env.error function instead.

added $env.lineSource function in rhino.js
moved the reference to rhinoException to inside rhino.js
